What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy therapy for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by 'laying on hands' and is based on the idea that an unseen 'life force energy' (this is what the word Reiki means) flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's 'life force energy' is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki allows positive energy to flow into the body through the hands of the practitioner, whether in person or at a distance, and this balances and heals the energy in the body.
Although there is no guarantee of my healing effect, Reiki has been scientifically shown to decrease pain levels, speed healing, and relax the mind and body. It is now officially used in hospitals.
Reiki is a non-religious practice and it works only for your highest and greatest good.
What is chakras and how does Reiki work with it?
Chakras are spinning vortexes that allow certain vibrational energies to travel through them. The quality and quantity of this flow determine the health of that particular region. Moreover, your body acts as a whole system. What happens in one area will have an echo in another.
Reiki is one of the most efficient spiritual practices out there and helps a lot in balancing chakras.
Each individual part in our body is governed by an energetic center that keeps that specific type of energy in balance in order for our bodies to stay healthy and balanced. These energetic centers or chakras were not part of the traditional learning because Reiki has its origins in Japan, where the concept of chakras wasn’t used much.
Back then, in the Japanese esoteric philosophy, there were three major energetic centers called TanDens. These were:
The sacral area;
The heart area;
The third eye chakra area.
Still, there were similar concepts all over Asia, each with its own particularities and that's where the knowledge about 7 main chakras comes : Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown chakra. So using Reiki together with the chakra system should be seen as a complete process.
Using Reiki on our chakra system is a wonderful way to nurture our energetic structure, surface the root of the problem. Have patience, trust the process.

The soothing tones produced by the singing bowls not only complement the healing energy of Reiki and crystals but also facilitate a meditative state, nurturing your inner tranquillity.
As a Reiki healer, I bring a unique gift to our healing sessions. This ability, a natural intuitive skill that runs in my family, allows me to connect with messages from your spirit guides. After your Reiki session, I warmly encourage you to embrace the rest of your day with tranquillity and to keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water. The nurturing energy of Reiki continues to gently work its magic in the days or even up to two weeks following our session, catering uniquely to your personal needs. Many of my clients experience a profound and restful sleep afterwards. It's perfectly natural to find yourself feeling either invigorated and uplifted, or perhaps a bit low and reflective – these are all part of the beautiful journey of healing. Reiki lovingly fills you with abundant healing energy, and your body may take a little time to lovingly assimilate and align with this new state of balance. The path to healing is wonderfully unique to each individual; there’s no predetermined number of sessions needed to achieve your heartfelt desires. I always encourage my clients to trust their inner guidance – your intuition will lead you exactly where you need to be. Rest assured, everything will align perfectly in due time.
How long is each session?
My sessions typically last between 1 to 1.5 hours, although they can occasionally extend a little longer or finish slightly earlier, depending on various factors. My ultimate goal is to ensure that at the end of each session, my clients leave my salon feeling joyful and thoroughly content.
